The Leitz Reference series of fast and precise 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines is designed for the inspection of standard geometries (i.e. cylinder blocks, gear boxes etc.) as well as for the measurement of many special geometries, such as pistons, worms, screw compressors and many more.

Coordinate measuring machines of the Leitz Reference series are also used as gear measuring machines. Fast and precise inspection of any kind of gears up to a diameter of 1100mm is possible with those measuring machines.
