Omega

The OMEGA arm is a cost-effective manual articulating arm for dimensional inspection of medium accuracy components (length accuracy from +/- 50 µm for the 1800 mm model). It is the ideal, limited investment solution for the measurement of metalworking, woodworking and casting parts. It is available in 5 arm length, from 1800 to 4600 mm.

Like all ROMER arms, OMEGA 6 axis arm integrates a patented infinite rotation, three contact probes with auto identification (15 & 6 mm ball tip + point probe) and removable counterbalance.

The OMEGA line is compatible with PC-DMIS(tm) and with the ROMER suite of software products: G-Pad, G-Tube, G-Surf, G-Scan Light.

OMEGA can be equipped with most of the optional sensors and accessories by ROMER
