Fully accredited by BSI for our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and as a UKAS accredited testing and calibration laboratory BS/EN/ISO/TEC 17025 CMM verification. Software
Status CMM software, PC-DMIS & Delcam, are the market leaders in graphics measurement software. Allowing the seamless transfer of CAD data to any CMM, for verifying part features, surfaces, and back to your CAD system for reverse engineering. Supports CATIA, pro/ENGINEER, IGES, VDA, DXF, Reverse Engineering, Best Fit, ISO Tolerancing.

Training
Status undertakes a policy of continuous staff development at all levels. Applications and technical personnel return regularly to their suppliers to update their skills. This ensures the best possible level of support for our customers.

Service
Supply, installation and commissioning of machines in conjunction with technical support for training and further applications involvement are available directly from Status Metrology's own Nottingham base. Our environmentally controlled CMM laboratory is available, both as a demonstration facility and for sub-contract measurement. In addition, our comprehensive spare parts centre enables the company to offer a 24 hour turn-round on most orders.

Calibration
To provide clients with the highest level of confidence in their measurements, Status offers a comprehensive CMM calibration service including performance verification to UKAS ISO 10360/2.
